Le Delivery Reader est lancé en fenêtre maximisée. L’ergonomie a été étudiée pour utiliser la plus large surface écran possible.

Tourner les pages en un clic

Toutes les fonctions de lecture et déplacement dans le document sont accessibles par bouton et souris. Il est possible de lire le document sans avoir recours à ces boutons, uniquement par clics souris (clic en zone extrême droite ou gauche lorsqu’un curseur apparaît).
Vous pouvez également utiliser les flèches de direction de votre clavier. Avec la molette souris, vous pouvez lire le document en défilement continu.

Accéder directement à une page

Le Diaporama permet de présenter une mosaïque des vignettes des pages : vous ouvrez la page de votre choix d’un clic. Accès direct à la première page du sommaire, où les liens sont rendus interactifs pour vous permettre de passer directement à l’article qui vous intéresse

Un autre clic vous fait revenir à la position de départ.
Pour davantage de zoom, il vous faut utiliser les boutons.

Liens hypertextes

Des liens sont placés dans les documents et permettent une navigation hyper textuelle, soit vers l’intérieur du document, par exemple à partir du sommaire, soit vers l’extérieur du document pour prolonger votre expérience de lecture sur les sites Internet correspondants.

Bonus

Ce bouton ouvre une fenêtre listant les enrichissements multimédia contenus dans le document : audio, video, image, animation, etc… Les bonus sont par ailleurs localisables sur les pages qui en comportent par une animation , permettant d’un clic de lancer le player video ou audio selon le type de bonus. Pour mieux localiser les bonus, survolez l’onglet en bas sur la droite : « Dans cette page : bonus ».

Delivery Manager : Télécharger vos documents

Le téléchargement de vos documents

Delivery Manager est un logiciel installé sur votre PC, spécialement conçu pour réaliser le plus simplement possible la livraison des documents sur votre PC habituel.

Lancé en tâche de fond, il est toujours accessible dans la barre des tâches (généralement en bas à droite de l’écran). Configuré en mode automatique, il surveille les documents disponibles pour vous sur les serveurs puis les télécharge sans que vous ayez à vous en occuper.

Bouton « Actualiser la liste »

Présente dans la fenêtre la liste des documents disponibles pour vous sur le serveur, avec les informations suivantes :
Publication : nom du Titre de Presse ou d’Edition.
Numéro : numéro de parution
Site marchand : boutique en ligne où a été réalisé l’achat, ou à défaut Press Vision
Taille : volume disque du document
Date de disponibilité : du document sur le serveur
Chargement : donne l’état d’avancement de chargement du document. Important : Avant tout, vous devez avoir configuré vos paramètres de compte dans « Options » (voir plus bas).
Après téléchargement sur votre PC, le document est placé dans la Bibliothèque de Delivery.
Si un document a déjà été téléchargé sur le PC, il disparaît de la liste des documents disponibles sur le serveur.
Vous pouvez alors demander un nouveau téléchargement par la fonction « Historique ».

Fonctions de livraison

La fonction "LIVRER"  permet de demander la livraison d’un élément de la liste, un seul à la fois. Elle n’est pas disponible si le mode automatique est activé (voir « Options »).
La barre de défilement donne l’avancement et le temps estimé de chargement.
Le bouton "PAUSE"  suspend le téléchargement, qui pourra être repris ultérieurement.
Le bouton "ANNULER"  arrête le téléchargement.

Important : le document est livré sous la forme d’un fichier au format Delivery, identifiable par son extension .dly, et placé dans le répertoire Mes documents/Mes Documents Delivery.  Ce fichier a été généré et crypté pour votre machine. Nous vous conseillons de faire une copie sur disque, CD ou DVD à des fins de sauvegarde.

Historique

Cette fonction vous permet d’accéder à l’historique de livraison de l’ensemble de vos documents depuis 3 mois.
Les dates de livraison pour un document sont présentées : en vert si la livraison a été réalisée sur la machine actuelle, en noir si la livraison a été réalisée sur une autre machine.
Important : un droit acquis pour un document donne toujours droit à deux copies: vous réserverez la première copie pour votre machine habituelle. La seconde copie, dite de confort, peut être utilisée au choix pour une livraison sur une deuxième machine, envoi à un ami, ou transfert sur clé USB.

Options

Le bouton « OPTIONS »  vous permet d’ajouter ou modifier les paramètres de connexion au serveur.
La fenêtre présente la liste des comptes configurés dans le Manager. Pour chaque compte, il vous faut renseigner vos paramètres d’accès (email, password), lesquels vous ont été fournis par mail lors de la création de votre compte. 

Le bouton « Tester la connexion » vérifie que la communication avec le serveur se passe correctement.
Le bouton  « AVANCE »  donne accès aux options avancées du Manager pour la livraison des documents (vérification périodique des nouveaux documents à télécharger, choix horaire de la livraison). Nous vous conseillons de laisser les cases « Lancer au démarrage de Windows »  et « Livraison Automatique » cochées afin de recevoir vos documents en temps réel.

Le bouton « DELIVERY SERVICES » vous donnes accès au site web de Delivery Services.
Vous y trouverez une présentation des services proposés par Delivery, et votre suivi de compte : FAQ, accès à l’ensemble de vos opérations de livraison, modification du mot de passe, autres services complémentaires.
